General Admission Ticket: General admission seating. Admission is free with registration. 

Stand-By Ticket: Register for a stand-by ticket for a possible opportunity to occupy a seat of a registered guest who does not attend. Entrance is not guaranteed and is based on seating availability according to maximum building occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate you as space allows.

• How do I get my ticket? : Your ticket will be sent to your email address or via text message depending on what you choose at the time of check out.
• I am having trouble accessing my E-ticket. What if I am unable to open it?: We are able to look you up by name at the door
• I put my name on all the tickets I purchased. Do I need to change the names to the names of individual attendees?: No, it is not a problem if one name is on a grouping of tickets.
• Do you provide group discounts?: Yes - email info@bolzministries.com
• I already have the materials that come in the Premium Bag. Can I have different materials?: No, the resources in the premium bag cannot be exchanged.
• Am I permitted to take photos and video/audio recording at this event?: Amateur video and audio recording is permissible.
• Do you provide childcare?: No, childcare is not provided. We recommend finding childcare rather than bringing young children.
• Does my child need a ticket?: Yes, children over the age of 2 need a ticket.
• I want to upgrade my General Admission ticket to a Premium ticket. Is this possible?: Yes, you are able to upgrade at the door.
• Can I purchase a ticket at the door?: Tickets may be for sale at the door if seating is still available. We highly recommend purchasing at ticket ahead of time as our events often sell out.
• I can no longer attend. Can I have a refund?: Please review our refund policy below.
• I can no longer attend. Can I gift my ticket?: Yes, tickets may be gifted to whoever you wish.

Refund Disclaimer: All Bolz Ministries Event ticket sales are final unless due to a medical emergency, upon which all refunds will be case by case.
